The comment’s broad thrust is to support the previous and proposed new RGGI investments, but to strongly oppose the ratepayer relief initiative that the NJBPU is strongly pushing for. These are high level comments but we have heard directly that it is crucial that there is broad pushback to this initiative from multiple different sectors.
