Their valuable insights and advice help NJSBN’s staff in its efforts to expand the network and further the organization’s mission and positive impact.
William Amann
P.E., DCEP, LEED FELLOW
Bill is an expert in both mechanical (HVAC) and electrical engineering and has over 45 years of experience in energy systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is certified as a Data Center Energy Specialist by the U.S. Department of Energy. He has been a member of the International Code Council for over 30 years.
Bill has been strongly committed to energy efficiency and sustainability for his entire career, and is one of just three individuals in NJ to be distinguished as a LEED Fellow by the U.S. Green Building Council. He serves as the Chair of the USGBC NJ Chapter Advocacy Committee and as a past Board Chairperson. Bill is Chair of the Somerset County Energy Council which is an advisory board to the County Commissioners and is a Climate Reality Leader.
Bill is President of M&E Engineers in Somerville, NJ, whose mission is to make buildings safer, healthier and more energy efficient by applying sustainable design principles through an integrative approach.

Dominique Lueckenhoff
Executive Vice-President, Corporate Affairs, EHS & Sustainability, Hugo Neu Corporation
Dominique Lueckenhoff brings 30+ years of environmental policy, science, public health, and sustainability expertise to Hugo Neu Corporation. She leads strategic sustainability initiatives, EHS programs, and supports green technology business development at Kearny Point, the company’s 130-acre sustainable redevelopment campus.
A recognized leader in green infrastructure and community-based public private partnerships, Dominique previously held senior positions at the U.S. EPA, where she advanced award-winning programs in water resources management, NEPA, regulatory streamlining, alternative financing, pollution prevention and environmental justice.
She serves in leadership roles with Stevens Institute of Technology, National Municipal Stormwater Association, Earth Echo International, and the American Sustainable Business Network. Dominique also founded Ecochar Environmental Solutions and Nature Guard 360, focusing on scalable biochar environmental treatment technologies.
She is an Associate Professor at Virginia Tech, a former Senior Fellow at the U.S. Water Alliance, and has been a member of Chief, supporting women executive leaders.

Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich
CEO and co-owner of Zago Manufacturing Company, Inc.
Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich is the CEO and co-owner of Zago Manufacturing Company, Inc., founded in 1993 in Newark, NJ. Zago manufactures sustainable self-sealing fasteners and sealing switch boots, preventing contaminants from damaging equipment or leaking into the environment. Zago’s Sustainability 360 initiative creates internships, apprenticeships, and career pathways for students in manufacturing.
Gail is a recognized leader in the industry, serving on the Advisory Board of the Manufacturing Extension Program (MEP), the NJMEP Board of Trustees, and boards of nonprofits including NJBIA, Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan NJ, and the Accessibility Network of NJ.
Since 2018, Gail has served on the Council of Fair Lawn, NJ, including as Mayor and currently Deputy Mayor of Community Affairs, focusing on sustainability and small business development. She holds a BA in Political Science from SUNY Albany and a JD from George Washington University School of Law.
Edward Seliga
Co-owner and Chief Innovation Officer of Advanced Solar Products, Inc.
Edward Seliga is a recognized business leader specializing in environmental sustainability and clean energy. He serves as the Co-owner and Chief Innovation Officer of Advanced Solar Products, Inc. (ASP), a prominent solar and battery-storage company based in Flemington, NJ. Since its founding in 1991, ASP has successfully installed several hundred solar-electric power systems, notably including more than 200 systems for New Jersey public schools and over 80% of the commercial-scale “Solar+Battery Storage” systems statewide.
Edward holds significant leadership positions within regional business organizations, notably the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP), where he has collaborated extensively with county government. He has been a dedicated Board member of SCBP since 2009, serving three years as Chair of the Board, and currently chairs the Sustainable Somerset committee. In recognition of its leadership in sustainability, ASP was named SCBP’s first “Sustainable Business of the Year” in 2024.
Additionally, Edward has dedicated two decades of service to the New Jersey chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, including two years as Chair of the Board, promoting sustainable, healthy buildings and communities adhering to the international LEED standard. His civic engagement also includes seven years as a member of the Environmental Commission for the Borough of Somerville.
Edward earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Civil Engineering from Princeton University.

Kristine Waldren
Vice President, Corporate Affairs at ECOS
Kristine Waldren is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at ECOS®, a global leader in green cleaning products. With a strong background in communications and public policy, Kristine brings a strategic, mission-driven approach to advancing ECOS’s leadership in sustainable manufacturing, safer chemistry, and inclusive workplace culture.
In her role, Kristine leads corporate communications and directs legislative and regulatory strategies across the company’s U.S. operations, including facilities in New Jersey, California, Illinois, and Washington. She works closely with policymakers, industry partners, and community stakeholders to champion policies that promote safer, more sustainable consumer products.
A key member of the executive team, Kristine helps shape and implement ECOS’s brand and corporate growth initiatives. She leads the company’s legislative and regulatory engagement and supports ECOS’s leadership role in the U.S. EPA’s Safer Choice program, the gold standard for product safety certification. Her work exemplifies how strategic communications can advance sustainability goals and influence public policy, helping ECOS remain a trusted consumer brand known for innovation, transparency, and environmental stewardship.
Kristine joined ECOS in 2015 and holds an MBA from Chapman University. She is based at ECOS’s headquarters in Cypress, California, and resides in Northern California with her family. Outside of work, she is an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast and actively volunteers with Rotary International to support both her local and global communities.
